I have added the layout me and botman have voted on and will be making individual tweaks over time to make it better and more able to be customized. I am going to start with uploading smilies as well and setting up other features. I am also going to make a projects thread in the rules forum so people can see the newest projects being worked on for the site.

I am happy to say that we have finished work on the site layout, and will be making new improvements! It may take a few days for my to apply the layout, but it should not stop site interactions. I am aware that the site has been dead, and it is partly my fault for feeling under the weather a little, but I will be focusing more now, I promise!

I am going to be working on finding/making new smilies for everyone to use. I plan to have this done by the end of March 7th. Please let me know any suggestions you may have!
